Informative Reef Presentation on board
Learn about the Great Barrier Reef and how a coral island is formed, also receive valuable instruction on the use of your Snorkelling Gear and information about island activities.

Snorkelling Gear
Swim amongst the fish life and the spectacular underwater world of the reef. If you can swim, snorkelling is a must.

Glass Bottom Boat Coral Viewing Tour
This commentated tour gives a great view of the colourful coral gardens and the fascinating fish life that inhabits it.

Semi-Submarine Coral Viewing Tour
Explore the underwater world of the reef on the "Yellow Submarine"... without getting wet! Seated below water level you are treated to a diver's view of the coral reef and marine life, along with informative commentary from your Guide Fish Feeding.

Fish Feeding
On board Big Cat, Fish Feeding is conducted under Marine Parks guidelines to add to the excitement, for you and the fish! Also see the fish being fed from the Glass Bottom Boat and the Semi-Submarine.

Back on land follow the island walking track through lush tropical foliage or stop in at Marineland Melanesia. A fascinating nautical museum featuring live crocodiles and aquariums. Green Island also offers visitors resort shopping facilities and Introductory or Certified Diving is available.

What to bring Towel, hat, sunscreen, swimwear plus a shirt for swimming (Slip, Slop, Slap), cash for drinks and snacks, credit card or driver's licence for snorkelling deposit deposit.

A coach pick up service is available from all accommodation houses in Cairns and the Northern Beaches - $4 per adult, $2 per child. A pick up service also operates from Port Douglas $28 per adult and $14 per child.

$30 "Refundable Deposit" is required for the hire of snorkelling gear. Any item of value will suffice, credit card imprint, drivers license, your husband or wife.

Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, shirt to swim in (slip, slop, slap) credit card or drivers license for deposit, cash for drinks and snacks. Film, sunscreen and souvenirs available for sale on board.
